2022-2023學年招收新生訊息
新生名額有限，報名採取先到先得。每位家長(或代表)只能領取一個名額。我們不接受幫他人佔位！排隊等候者請勿插隊。若有兩人以上認定有人插隊，我們將取消其報名資格。7:30AM 開始發號碼牌，發完為止。拿到號碼牌的人將於8:30AM開始辦理註冊。
招收名額：(所有新生只能編入幼小班-相當於 Pre-K)
注音班- 8位【適合來自台灣的家庭】
拼音班- 23位【適合來自其他地區的家庭】
新生必須附合以下條件方可辦理註冊：
1. 出生於 2017/01/01~2018/09/10 (其他請勿試)
2. 出生日期早於 2017/01/01者，只能報名轉學生。請查看轉學生報名資格。
3. 報名時必須出示學生出生紙或護照，學生不須出席 (沒有出示出生證明將無法辦理註冊！)
4. 下載以下註冊表格並填妥所有資料 (共四頁，任何一頁表格不完整將無法辦理註冊)
5. 報名以先到先得，額滿即停止招收。(我們不接受郵寄、傳真、電郵、網路報名)
6. 報名費用只收現金或支票。支票抬頭請寫 TZU CHI
7. 所有學生必須請購制服(短袖&長袖)。請下載制服請購單並填寫完整。學費和制服費請分開付款。

2022-2023 new student enrollment information
The number of opening seats is limited and registration is on a first-come, first served basis. Each parent (or a representative) can only receive one spot. You are not allowed to hold a spot for other friends or relatives. Line cutting is strictly prohibited. If two or more people found someone cutting lines, we have the rights to disqualify this person from registration. We will be distributing registration tickets starting at 7:30AM. Registration will begin at 8:30AM.
Number of Seats Opening: (New students will be assigned to Pre-K classes only)
Zhu-Yin Class- 8 【Suitable for families from Taiwan】
Pin-Yin Class- 23【Suitable for families from all other regions & backgrounds】
All new students must meet all criteria below to register:
1. Born between 2017/01/01 and 2018/09/10 (Others will be rejected)
2. Anyone born before 2017/01/01 can only register as a transfer student. Please check eligibility for transfer students.
3. New student needs to show a birth certificate or a valid passport, student does not need to be present. No registration given without showing proof of birth date.
4. Download the registration form & fill out all information (must fill out all 4 pages)
5. Seats available on first come, first serve basis. Once seats are filled, registration ends (We don’t accept mailing, faxing, emailing, and online applications)
6. Only Cash or Checks are accepted. Check payable to TZU CHI
7. Please download & fill out the uniform order form also. All students are required to purchase uniforms. If pay by checks, please write a separate check for the uniforms.
